The security deposit is equivalent to 02 months of monthly rent. It is requested at the start of the rental and is returned approximately two months after the end of the notice period as long as everything is in compliance.
The rent is payable quarterly and in advance at the home of the lessor or his representative no later than the 10th of the first month of the quarter, in accordance with law 15/88 or OHADA.
