Management service

Real estate asset management is exclusively private and includes: The establishment of tenants, the collection and payment of rents including the payment on behalf of the principal of all taxes, insurance, rights and charges ensuring the sustainability, good condition and good profitability of the assets entrusted to management.

 

Trustee Service
The trustee of co-ownership or administration of common areas (In the case where it is only a single owner) which consists of ensuring the management, maintenance and use of the common areas of the residences entrusted by mandate issued in Annual AGM by the co-owners upon presentation of accounts and operating budgets.

 

Works Department

Directly linked to the management and trustee service, this department allows us to be responsive and efficient regarding the maintenance (Home Stagging) of the properties entrusted to us. It is also intended to advise our owner clients on the refreshment and even makeover of their properties before putting them on the market.
